Hi, my name is Jasmina Susak, a traditional realism artist who loves bringing landscapes to life with vibrant colors and realistic details. While I’m best known for my photorealistic colored pencil drawings, I also paint photorealistic landscapes with acrylics. Since I paint from my imagination, this is when I can truly relax and enjoy the freedom that painting landscapes from scratch gives. It’s also important to me to draw from reference photos when I need to stick closely to the main lines and details. Both approaches are important to me: practicing self-discipline and allowing my creativity to thrive. They’re both crucial for my growth as an artist and art teacher.
